At Plushes Mart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Clearance or discounted items
Customized or made-to-order products
Items damaged due to improper use or care

Return Process

Please contact our customer support team at support@plushesmart.com before returning any item.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@plushesmart.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
